Supporting families affected by homelessness is the main focus of a conference being held today.
The conference is being run by the National Coalition to End Homelessness.
According to organisers, ideas around increasing support for Māori affected by homelessness will be discussed.
One of the keynote speakers is Hurimoana Dennis, who headed the Manaaki Tangata programme at Te Puea Memorial Marae in Auckland.
